Walk the Lot
Send us the address and site plan. We walk it — usually within 48 hours — and flag anything that affects price: timber size, slopes, wet areas, haul-off requirements.
Flat Number, In Writing
You get one flat price per lot with the scope spelled out — what comes down, what gets ground, what the pad area looks like when we leave. No day-rate surprises.
Cleared On Schedule
We slot the work to your construction calendar and send before/after photos when it's done. Multi-lot and phase pricing available for repeat work.
